"I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping my clients meet their goals. Life can often feel overwhelming with more struggle than joy. Relationships can break down due to poor communication and belief systems that no longer work.

My strength is helping individuals, couples, and families identify and work through ineffective life patterns. Developing and restoring a sense of life purpose and inner strength can help discover new motivation to accomplish life goals.

My approach includes multiple interventions such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Awareness, Energy Therapy, and (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.  I can help you work through the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, social issues and struggles with relationships to develop a new level of confidence and joy in life.
