To achieve your goals, I bring creativity and integrated approaches to the therapeutic experience that are catered to your specific needs.  I have extensive training in psychodynamic approaches as well as various trauma modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing-EMDR (Certified), Attachment-Focused EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems with EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and more. 

 

Additionally, I have a background in music, songwriting, and drama.  When appropriate, I incorporate expressive arts into the therapeutic treatment.  I aim to learn about your uniqueness and work with you on finding approaches that address your unique needs.  This is something that we will do together.
