"Everyone has the capacity to grow, shift, and change. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist,

EMDR-Certified, and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant—and I believe deeply in connection. I know firsthand that life is messy and tricky, that none of us get it right all the time, and that healing happens in relationship—whether it’s with your therapist, your partner, your children, or the parts of yourself that have been carrying pain for a long time. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating patterns that don’t make sense or feeling stuck in ways we can’t explain—and therapy can be the place where those pieces finally start to come together.

I’ve spent over 17 years specializing in trauma and PTSD, dissociative disorders, sexual pain, adolescents, and parenting. My style is warm, collaborative, with a sprinkle of real-life person-to-person humor.  I show up in the therapy room as both a skilled clinician and a real human—because I believe healing needs both. I use EMDR, parts work, Brainspotting, and somatic approaches,  rooted in attachment and nervous system regulation.

I’m also passionate about supporting parents and caregivers as part of family healing. For those who want resources outside the therapy room, I created the Parenting Connected Community—a space with scripts, strategies, and monthly live calls to help parents feel more supported and less alone.

Beyond the therapy room, I come from the arts world. For two decades, I’ve directed songwriting and theatre outreach programs with ASCAP and the Johnny Mercer Foundation, bringing creativity and healing into schools and juvenile detention settings. This background shapes how I show up with clients—I see people as whole, layered, and capable of surprising themselves.  Sometimes we even incorporate expressive arts into therapy if it feels right for you.

I'm looking forward to learning more about you."
