A 3-hour live, Zoom-based CE course focused on the legal and ethical requirements of mandated reporting. This course will address key topics, including child abuse, dependent adult abuse, elder abuse, and the "duty to warn.

Course is designed to be engaging, educational, fun and informative.

Course will include presentations, video clips, case examples and Q & A sections designed to enhance understanding and application of these critical responsibilities. The course aims to keep participants engaged as well as to equip providers with the knowledge and confidence to accurately identify and respond to mandated reporting requirements in a professional and legally compliant manner.
