SoCal Individual, Family, & Trauma Therapy offers the most progressive trauma therapies including processing experiences through Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment-Focused EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS-parts work), and Somatic Experiencing.  These evidence-based approaches will help you manage and move through traumatic feeling states.
